We do pack all parcels with ice packs to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

The couriers deliver 99% of our parcels next day, but should the courier delay the delivery (especially in high demand times ie covid pressure ), we can not be held responsible for thawed out items. You accept these terms when you check out and place your order.
